Each Working Subgroup is chaired and coordinated by the member of the IIWG representing the institution responsible for all or for most of the relevant topics or group topics (Head of Working Subgroup).<\/p>\n<p>Detyrat kryesore t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb GPNI\/personave p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr direktivat dhe rregulloret e Kapitullit 27 gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb integrimit n\u00eb BE dhe p\u00ebrgatitja p\u00ebr kontrollin paraprak bilateral p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb, por jo vet\u00ebm:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sigurimi q\u00eb \u00e7do akt ligjor p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs i BE-s\u00eb t\u00eb analizohet, statusi dhe planet p\u00ebr transpozim, zhvillim institucional, zbatim dhe ekzekutim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiten si input i nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur materiale p\u00ebr kontrollin paraprak bilateral;<\/li>\n<li>Pjes\u00ebmarrje dhe kontribut n\u00eb Procesin e Vler\u00ebsimit P\u00ebrgatitor t\u00eb Kontrollit Paraprak (SPA);<\/li>\n<li>Pjes\u00ebmarrje dhe kontribut n\u00eb procesin e vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nevojave;<\/li>\n<li>Hartim i p\u00ebrgjigjeve p\u00ebr pyet\u00ebsorin e Kontrollit Paraprak;<\/li>\n<li>Hartim i planeve t\u00eb veprimit p\u00ebr direktiv\u00eb \/ rregullore t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb gjat\u00eb kontrollit paraprak;<\/li>\n<li>Kontribut n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e raporteve t\u00eb progresit p\u00ebr integrimin n\u00eb BE;<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebrgatitje e prezantimeve n\u00eb lidhje me aktet ligjore p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs gjat\u00eb takimit bilateral t\u00eb Kontrollit Paraprak dhe gjat\u00eb takimit tjet\u00ebr me Komisionin Europian, si t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr Integrimin Europian;<\/li>\n<li>Pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb Kontrollin Paraprak Bilateral dhe takime t\u00eb tjera, si pjes\u00eb e Delegacionit, dh\u00ebnia e prezantimeve n\u00eb lidhje me aktin ligjor p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs;<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebrgatitje e p\u00ebrgjigjeve dhe informacionit shtes\u00eb pas k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tilla nga Komisioni Europian ose autoritetet komb\u00ebtare;<\/li>\n<li>Identifikim i direktivave q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsisht periudha kalimtare, propozojn\u00eb masa p\u00ebr organizimin e hartimit t\u00eb planeve t\u00eb Zbatimit t\u00eb Direktiv\u00ebs Specifike dhe dokumentacioni tjet\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs, si\u00e7 k\u00ebrkohet;<\/li>\n<li>Identifikimi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve k\u00ebrkon analizim dhe sqarim t\u00eb m\u00ebtutjesh\u00ebm me KE ose institucione t\u00eb tjera;<\/li>\n<li>Monitorimi i zbatimit dhe zhvillim i m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm i Planit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Integrimit Europian (PKIE);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Kryerje e detyrave t\u00eb tjera si\u00e7 vendoset nga GPNI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sane27.com\/sq\/working-subgroup-for-horizontal-legislation\/\"><strong><em>1.
