9 meeting in order to present the AP prepared for sub-chapters: Horizontal Legislation, Water Quality, Noise, Nature Protection, Chemicals (1 directive) and Climate Change took place end of January, beginning of February 2021.
Prior to these meeting Bilateral Screening Questions, for all the directives/regulation under the above-mentioned sub-chapters has been prepared. National and International experts have been engaged by SANE27 in order to support Ministry in preparation of AP and BSQ . Experience from Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro and SEPA expert have been shared during these meetings. The AP have proposed actions aiming to achieve full transposition and implementation of directives/regulations thus covering all remaining gaps and as well strengthening capacity in the authorities that are responsible for implementation.
