NGO is considered as one of the most important stakeholder which participation can only bring benefit to the EU negotiation sfor Chapter 27. With this thought, SANE27 in collaboration with MTE on May 7, 2019 organized the workshop “NGO involvement in the EU negotiations in Chapter 27 – Environment and Climate Change”. At this workshop was discussed and agreed on the NGO involvement in the EU negotiation, and ways for contribution. Participating NGOs expressed their willingness to participate in EU negotiations process and requested support in improving their knowledge for Chapter 27 EU requirement and in preparation for EU negotiation, in particular for the sub-chapters: horizontal issues, waste, water and nature conservation.
